If you are participating at the Dallas Marathon this weekend as a part of our team, Where There's a WILL, There's a Way, please note some important updates below:
We are not hosting a pre-party this year...
But we will party from the sidelines! Join us in the Scottish Rite Hospital parking lot on Sunday morning to cheer for the runners! Bring your own lawn chair or blanket to sit on. There will be breakfast provided in the parking lot for spectators. Don't forget to wear your Will shirt!
The race course will be closed at 8am... try to arrive before then to park at the hospital. (Cars will be allowed out after 8am - just not in.) OR - park nearby and walk!
Hospital Location: 2222 Welborn, Dallas (corner of Oaklawn & Maple)
Wear your blue! Runners - you will be RUNNING! So we will be cheering for YOU! But, please, tell your friends and family to join us - this is a great spot for watching the race.
Around 9:30(ish), we will head to the finish line! Join us at the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital hospitality tent - located on the South corner (near the stage) of the Runner's Park area. Look for the big white tent with huge Scottish Rite signs. Again, both runners and spectators/friends/family can join us at the hospitality tent. To gain access, either wear your WTAWTAW shirt or tell them you are with us.
